Windows XP won't boot up, can't reinstall windows, ect. Please help...?

You need to reinstall windows. If you can't access your recovery partition then your only option is to do a clean install from a windows disc. Without seeing your actual screen or knowing exactly what is messages are being displayed, I don't know what to really tell you. If you want, you can email me with more information and I can try to walk you through some other recovery steps, but I need to know exactly what comes up on your screen when you're trying to boot into windows.
