SOS! Name of queer pop/dance video of 80s or 90s?

I am completely oblivious to an awesome song/video that I saw years ago. It was very colorful with monochromatic colors and a skinny queer guy singing in colorful suits. I believe he had paint on his face and was spinning in clear plastic....? It was similar to ATC-Around the World...but there was also a RuPaul'ish woman singing in the chorus and her face would appear. Does anyone have the slightest clue? Thank You!
