If you are being completely honest in this account, (y yo espero que es la verdad), then you have a few options. You can accept that at your age there will be plenty more heartbreaks and upsets like this one and just love on; or if you are one who needs closure, you can keep beating your head against the wall hoping she needs closure too. Obviously, there has been some damage to your relationship by virtue of this misunderstanding. Consider: are you entirely opposed to just letting this little flame flicker down and die?
