How to become an Air Force ATC from Marines?

I agree with the AF Col. Although I doubt your Unit Career Planner is going to "lie" or neglect to give you the whole truth about moving to the Air Force. Plenty of Marines move to other services for various reasons so its not a slap to the face or anything. Make sure you dont burn any bridges on your way out though. No guarentee the Air Force will take you seeing as how the entire military is going through Force Reduction.
