Acne regimen that works?

Hi! Please share your acne regimen with me. I've tried pretty much all the products on the infomercials (proactive.skin id etc) and it's not working. I had clear skin until I had my son. Ever since than I have moderate breakouts, large pores, black and white heads, combination skin type. Its been couple years since my sons birth but I can't seem to get my skin under control. I'm spending so much money on products that doesn't work and I would like to hear about your regimen. Hopefully what works for you will be easy on my wallet. I cannot afford to spend anymore, money is really tight right now. Thanks for sharing!
