Long distance sympathy pains? or something more sinister?

It is not sympathy pains. You might have a bone spur, and the sciatic nerve is hitting it. There is a type of pain that mirrors the original pain in some other area. My best advice would be to see your physician for an initial evaluation. There is no way to diagnose these varied symptoms via YA. What you are feeling and experiencing is real. Pregnancy is totally different and has nothing to do with your pain. You might need gel insoles to absorb the pounding while marching.
