What if France and Britain never declared war against Nazi Germany for invading Poland, alongside Russia 1939?

Would Adolf Hitler focused on invading Russia alone and never considering invading western Europe. I think this because Hitler held Britain in high regard, as the equals to Germans, and even when pressed to attack the UK and France Hitler stated many times his dislike towards it. Could the US and its allies also have never entered the war?
