Is this workout plan too much?

I'm 15 and I'm trying to get in shape. I'm getting in shape for Football specifically, but I would also just like to look good. I have about 4 to 5 more weeks before school starts again. Right now, we are condition 4 days a week for 2 hours. We workout for an hour and we run for an hour. At home I have this home gym called the bioforce. I'm thinking about following the 8 Week Body Transformation Plan alongside football conditioning. The main reason is because the workouts we do in Football are repetitive and I don't think they are working. With the correct protein intake would I be able to do both of these with significant results? And what protein shake do you recommend? I'm thinking of just getting the EAS 5 pound bag from Sams.
