Information regarding aviation institutes?

sir i have earlier asked you a question regarding aviation that i am from commerce background whether i can do ATC(AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER) course or aircraft maintenance engineering the answers from yahoo was YES, so i have to ask about the institute for ATC and fees structure and what further step i have to take.
