Help on ATC Phraseology?

Generally it's pretty straightforward... you read back all of the instructions (not info) that the controller gives you. After "ready to taxi", read back taxi instructions, wait for take-off clearance and switch frequencies when the ground controller tells you to. It's a pretty guided process. Not really sure how else to put it.
